Walk-In / Urgent Services
Being trained in emergency medicine, we know that illness and injury needs to be evaluated promptly. We understand that medical care can be expensive. We do not bill insurance, but our prices are lower than what you would pay after being billed by an in-network provider. See the list below for some of our more common services.

Visit Cost
One of these is typically required for each visit with our office.
Telehealth Visit
$40
Includes evaluation and management by video meeting and/or phone. Duration and complexity of the visit determine cost.
School / Sport Physical
$40
Includes only evaluation, completion of physical form, and printing of the vaccination record if needed.
Average Visit
$100
Evaluation and management for one acute illness/injury. Additional or complex issues may incur additional costs.
DOT Physical
$100
Includes all required components of a basic DOT physical examination for CDL certification. Follow-ups are additional.
Treatments (Added onto visit cost)
These services are provided in addition to a visit cost listed above.
Laceration (Cut) Repair
$100+
Includes procedure for repairing a laceration. Complexity and size determine cost. Includes anesthetic medications. Suture/staple removal included after wound healing.
Toenail Procedure
$100+
Removal of toenail / ingrown toenail, etc.
Abscess Treatment (I&D)
$100+
Includes procedure for drainage of abscess. Includes anesthetic medications and drains if needed. Location and complexity determine cost.
Ear Irrigation
$25 per
Includes ear irrigation or manual removal.
Treatments (Stand-alone)
These services are provided in addition to a visit cost listed above.
IV Infusion
$120+
$120 includes IV start and first IV fluid bag. Medications additional.
Suture / Staple Removal
$25
Includes removal of sutures or staples if not placed at this office. (Removal is included in the initial procedure if performed by us.)
In-Office Labs / Tests
These services are typically provided in-addition to a visit cost.
Electrocardiogram (ECG/EKG)
$30
Obtaining and interpreting electrocardiogram. Discounted when combined with school / sport physical.
Urinalysis
$5
Includes dipstick urinalysis for UTI and other purposes. (Microscopic examination and culture can be sent and will be billed by Labcorp / Quest)
Urine Pregnancy Test

Urine Drug Screen (12-panel)
