I'm David. I was born and raised in Newberry. I am a physician assistant and the owner of the practice. I graduated from the University of Florida in 2017 with a Bachelor's in Chemistry. I went on to complete a post-baccalaureate Associate of Science degree in Emergency Medical Services and served Columbia and Bradford county as an EMT and Paramedic until 2021. I attended the University of South Florida Physician Assistant Program from 2021 through 2023 and obtained Physician Assistant licensure in May of 2023. I began working in the emergency department at Adventhealth Ocala with a group of physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. As Newberry continued to expand rapidly during this time, I noticed that the need for walk-in and primary care services continued to increase. I took it upon myself to fill that void. I still work in the emergency department occasionally, but I aim to provide thorough, personalized care through this clinic.
