In-Network Insurance

We do not accept or bill insurance. All services are self-pay. We keep records of your insurance plans, so we can send that information to the appropriate labs, diagnostic imaging centers, and referrals as needed.

Due to state and federal regulations, patients that are enrolled in Medicare are required to file claims for services that are "covered" under these plans. Since we at Pabst Personal Care, PLLC are not in-network with these plans, we cannot bill them directly. Additionally, Medicare prevents patients from self-paying for services that are "covered". Because of this, we are unfortunately unable to evaluate or treat Medicare patients in the clinic at this time, regardless of your ability to pay.
